All members shall:

  1. Promptly honor all guarantees;
  2. Clearly, honestly, and accurately represent all products, services, terms, and conditions;
  3. Deliver products as represented;
  4. Never injure or malign the good name or business reputation of another member;
  5. Fairly represent their products to the public within any advertising;
  6. Communicate in a respectful and courteous manner;
  7. Respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely manner; and
  8. Maintain appropriate security policies and practices to safeguard customer information.
